I was sent to GoRapid by my insurance company but they couldn't repair my car after two attempts and over two weeks in the shop. This was no big repair either - small damage to the back of my car where I backed into another car.
Jarrod was the guy I dealt with and he was aggressive and confrontational.
Bad customer service and from what I've been told (from my new repairer) they do thinks on the cheap.
